Here’s how it works

First we arrange to discuss what you’d like to achieve through life coaching. During this conversation we also determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

Let’s say we’ve established we’ll work well together. We then agree a coaching term and I send you the wooha starter pack. Completing the exercises in the pack will help you to create a snapshot of where you are now. This will form a basis for the initial coaching sessions.

We’ll arrange to speak every 6 to 9 days by telephone. During these sessions you’ll feed back on progress, we’ll identify and eliminate blocks and agree on new action points. Our focus will centre on activating your connection to your own resources.

I’m your coach every day. You can contact me anytime between arranged sessions. By phone or e-mail for top ups and quick sessions as required.
